Description

A beautiful Viking period bronze bracelet, dating C. 10th-11th century AD. It is composed of a central bronze wire core wrapped around a thin continuous bronze wrapping, giving the bracelet an almost snake-skin appearance, and then twisted into a triple braid. There’s a thin double twisted wire running around the entire bracelet. The bracelet has a gorgeous emerald blue and green patina with fragments of pure bronze.
